Mechanical & Electrical (M&E)

We plan and supervise M&E works in buildings and infrastructure construction. We co-ordinate the M&E works with the other on-going site works, supervise contractors and workers to complete the M&E works within the given budget and timeline, advise on problem determination and solutions of M&E nature and is the key interface with other building professionals on M&E matters.

FACILITY SERVICE

We are responsible for making sure that the building and their services meet the needs of the people that work in them. We are accountable for services such as cleaning, security and parking, to make sure the surrounding environment is in a suitable condition to work. We manage any building maintenance with things like heating and air-conditioning, to maintain the working environment.
